Step inside The City Dump and you’ll find décor that’s industrial, cheeky, and a little rough around the edges.  Think corrugated metal walls, neon signage salvaged from the junkyard, and mismatched furniture that looks like it was rescued straight from the curb. The atmosphere is lively, irreverent, and unpretentious, where laughter and noise are part of the flavor. It’s loud, messy, and gloriously unpolished… exactly how we like it.

The City Dump… where great food meets bad taste!  On the menu, our “waste-not” philosophy means loading up on big flavors: start by digging into Trash Can Fries (a glorious heap of fries, cheese, chili, and “whatever we swept up”), share a bubbling bin of Dumpster Dip (molten cheese, spicy beef, beans, and salsa with tortilla chips for scooping), order some Rotten Rings (onion rings stacked like a tower of old tires, with “garbage fire” dipping sauce), Landfill Nachos (a chaotic pile of chips loaded with queso, shredded pork, peppers, and enough toppings to cause a minor avalanche) or share our trashiest selection, the Garbage Lid Special (a combo of all of our most appealing appetizers served up on a classic garbage can lid).  

Dare to tackle a Landfill Burger stacked so high you’ll need a hard hat, The Compactor Melt (grilled sourdough stuffed with cheese, bacon, and smashed beef patties pressed flat), Rubbish Reuben (corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss, and “dumpster sauce” on rye), or our Scrap Heap Tacos (soft tortillas filled with your choice of pulled chicken, brisket, or veggie scraps with slaw). If you have some room, we offer creative desserts including the Junkyard Sundae (brownie chunks, candy bar bits, cookies, ice cream, fruit topping, and whipped cream), Last Trash Cake (layers of chocolate, peanut butter cups, pretzels, and caramel), or Compost Pudding Cup (chocolate pudding “dirt,” crushed Oreos, and gummy worms).

For liquid courage, our bar (a certifiable hazard zone) pours wicked concoctions like the dangerously strong Toxicitea (our highly questionable Long Island Iced Tea), a potent Leaky Dumpster (messy, boozy, unforgettable as the name says it all), a radioactive-looking Hazmat Margarita (neon-green danger in a salted glass), or The City Dump house special Sluice Juice (blending tropical fruit juices with… let’s just say it’s incredibly strong). Enjoy sipping our own collection of Moai Rum (Silver, Oro, Island Spiced, or 151 Overproof) or dig up a pint of Archaeology Brews, honoring the world’s very first beers. All on tap. Adjoining the Windsor Grille Chophouse is the Round Tower Pub, inspired by the iconic fortress of Windsor Castle. This modern interpretation of the classic English pub (while far from a white tablecloth establishment, the Round Tower Pub it is included as part of the Windsor Grill Chophouse pre-dining experience) will feature a carefully selected array of British, international, and American brews on tap, complemented by a lively stage for live music and entertainment – creating an atmosphere that is both authentic and inviting.

Guests, while enjoying the beverages and entertainment, may opt for sharing boards including Pub Tapas such as Mini Yorkshire Puddings filled with Roast Beef & Horseradish, Charcuterie & British Cheeses (Cheddar, Stilton, Red Leicester), or traditional Ploughman’s Board with Pork Pie, Pickled Onions, and Piccalilli. The Club also features a private function room accommodating 50 guests and a head table—perfect for intimate gatherings or distinguished celebrations. Another upscale destination is Club Ellipsis (or as it is likely to be called, Club Dot Dot Dot), an adult dining and entertainment cabaret that is a modern interpretation of the classic “supper clubs” of the past. Here, dim ambient lighting and live smooth jazz performed on a center stage create an intimate atmosphere where guests can savor great music and still enjoy easy conversation. The culinary program offers a contemporary twist on traditional supper club fare, paired with a bar program where expert bartenders craft both timeless classics and inventive modern cocktails.

Begin the evening with a bite-sized indulgence such as a Smoked Salmon Cornet, a Creamy Polenta Bite, or a Mini Short Rib Brioche Slider. For starters, shareable plates set the mood – Seared Scallops with Sweet Corn Purée, a Lobster & Avocado Cocktail, a curated Charcuterie & Jazz Board, crisp Duck Confit Spring Rolls, or a vibrant Roasted Beet Carpaccio. For the main performance, selections include a Center-Cut Filet Mignon au Poivre, Blackened Sea Bass, Roast Half Duck with Cherry Gastrique, Pappardelle with Braised Short Rib Ragu, or, for plant-forward diners, the Vegetarian Paella Jazz Style.
