Conceived as a single integrated hospitality development, the Mega-Plex brings together four distinct concepts — Windsor Grille Chophouse, Round Tower Pub, Bienvilles and the private St Charles Club — within one purpose-designed facility. Each maintains its own identity, atmosphere and guest experience while benefiting from shared infrastructure, back-of-house resources and operating efficiencies that would be difficult to achieve as independent locations.

Rather than four restaurants simply occupying the same building, the Mega-Plex is designed as a single interdependent hospitality enterprise. The concepts complement one another while shared operations create economies of scale across food production, receiving, storage, staffing and other support functions. Betwixt completes that integration by providing a central retail and take-away component serving the entire development.

SHOP & TAKE-OUT PICK-UP CENTER

Positioned between the British character of the Windsor Grille Chophouse and Round Tower Pub and the New Orleans traditions of Bienvilles and the St Charles Club, Betwixt is both a physical and commercial bridge between the Mega-Plex concepts. Operating as an independent profit center, the shop offers curated provisions, seasonings, sauces and specialty products inspired by the individual brands while also serving as the centralized pick-up point for take-away orders from all four hospitality concepts.
